What is your most memorable sporting achievement to date?

A quarter-final finish in the BMX Race World Championships in July 2019.

What do you do to help you prepare for a competition?

I train hard three times a week for two hours and race at weekends. I also make sure I eat well and sleep well.

What are some of the challenges you have experienced within your chosen sport?

I race most weekends and very often the races require me to spend a night in a hotel and travel to race tracks.  My chosen sport requires adequate bicycle mechanics, and maintaining this is costly;  my race wheels can easily get buckled and these are extra
costs.  I will race for first time in clips these needs to have adequate pedals.  Races also cost between £10-25 each plus travel and hotel.  I have already qualified for representing GB at the BMX World Championships in Houston Texas 2020, however due to finances is unlikely I will be able to part take.
