MIND Mental Health Awareness for Sport & Physical Activity Online Training

MIND have launched their new online learning course. It has been developed based on learning from the Get Set to Go programme and our independent evaluation led by Loughborough University; to build upon the successful face to face training course.

This online version means that anyone who delivers coaching in clubs, community sport and physical activity – such as coaches, activators, sports administrators, front of house staff or volunteers – can access the course, anywhere in the country!

The four modules will:

  • Build people’s resilience, self-esteem and confidence
  • Adapt your sessions to make them more inclusive
  • Enable and support mental health recovery
  • Tackle stigma and discrimination
