“We Are Undefeatable” is a movement supporting people with a range of long term health conditions to find ways to be active that work with each person’s conditions, not against them. The website has information to help keep those with long term health conditions safe, well and active during the coronavirus outbreak.

The NHS One You campaign has a series of 10 minute workout videos that you can give a go in your own living room.
Played On Demand
Played are a technology company which creates digital products to encourage people to become more active. They have curated 100’s of free and on demand exercise videos on their new ‘On Demand’ platform to help people of all ages and abilities stay active during this time.
