Introduction

Zak competes in both track and field events and represented Great Britain in the 100m and long jump at the 2017 World Para Athletics Championships. He is currently ranked 4th in the World for T13 long jump. Performance wise, Zak’s future targets include running under 11 seconds for 100m and jumping over 7m. His future aims include selection for the GB team to compete at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics and future international competitions.
