Introduction

Simon is a member of the GB Taekwondo Poomsae squad and ranked No. 1 in the UK in the U50 age category. He has been national Poomsae champion for the past three years in his age category.

Simon represented GBR at the 2014 World Poomsae Championships in Mexico and England at the 2014 Commonwealth Taekwondo Championships in Scotland.
