Introduction

James is a full-time athlete and member of the Great Britain Senior Squad.  He is a Black Belt (2nd Dan) and has represented England and GB in numerous international competitions.

In 2018, James decided that following injury he is going to turn his focus to coaching and hopes to one day coach a player to international success.
