Introduction

Jack was selected to run in the Men’s 400m Hurdles at London 2012 but disappointingly did not finish after hitting a hurdle.  In London he was also part of the men’s 4x400m relay team who finished just 0.1 seconds away from a medal.

After a two-year break from the sport, Jack returned in 2015 to represent Great Britain at the IAAF World Relays.  In 2016 he was selected to Team GB for the Rio Olympic Games where he made the semi-finals of the 400m hurdles.  He also represented Great Britain in the 2017 IAAF World Championships in London, where he again reached the semi-finals of the 400m hurdles, and was also part of the bronze medal winning 4x400m relay team.

In 2018, Jack finished 4th in the 400m hurdles at the Commonwealth Games in Australia.
