All summer, Kent Sport are running the #MyActiveFamily campaign, helping to inspire families to get out and get active together. Across the county there are all sorts of brilliant places to go, activities to try and events to enjoy, and getting active together, as a family, is a great way to be healthy and have fun together. In this first blog, we’re featuring some of the activities planned by local councils and leisure providers across the county – we hope you find something fun to do. If your area isn’t listed here, you can find a full summary of activities happening across Kent and Medway by visiting our local listings page.

Remember to share your #MyActiveFamily experiences on social media using the hashtag #MyActiveFamily and check out what other families have been getting up to.
